Durch ein technisches Gebrechen einer Wasserleitung, trat seit geraumer Zeit ungehindert Wasser aus. Dies hatte die Auswirkung, dass der Keller zum Teil mehrere Zentimeter unter Wasser stand. Mittels Nasssauger, konnte die Lage schnell wieder unter Kontrolle gebracht werden.
